How to remove paint off of the top of a snowboard?

I just got a snowboard (a Burton!!!) at a garage sale and it is spray painted on the TOP of the board . I want to completely remove the spray paint without scratching or ruining the original paint under the spray paint. How can I take the spray paint off and not hurt the original paint under the spray paint?
