Does anyone remember the name of this pc game? early 1990's?

early 1990's adventure (not the point and click type like police quest et al) game for the pc. If I remember correctly, it had to do with aliens landing somewhere in the USA, and it definitely had a 1950's feel to the game, I remember there being a screen in a 1950's style diner and gas station in the desert. I think it was also more of a mature type of game too, i.e You could bring a waitress from the diner to the back seat of your car and try and "screw" her.. literally as there was an icon pictured like a screw you could click on and try your luck
