Account recovery for Adventure Quest?

Ok, so i just got really bored this summer and decided to try and play Adventure Quest on my old account. I do not remember the password because i created the account about 4 years ago. I bought guardianship for it on my mom's credit card and using her email. Unfortunately she does not use that credit card nor does she use the email anymore and she claims that her account was deleted due to the inactivity on it. I tried to recover my password but it said i needed the transaction ID sent through email but like said above, she does not have access to it. I am not a hacker nor do i plan to be one, i just want my old account back. Is there any other way to contact the makers of the game?
