Why do Dugan Bibles not include references to Palestine?

A bible student I had occasion to look for information about Palestine in a bible unknown to me a Dugan Bible and I was surprised to find no references to Palestine in the maps or as far as I could see in the text either. Does anybody know why? The publishers are the Jubilee Publishing Group. I have several Bibles and all of them have maps and text that includes Palestine.
