What would the concept of the year of Jubilee look like in modern society (Lev. 25:8-12)?

Every fifty years all computers dealing with money would have to be reset to zero. This would restart everyones finances, remove all debts, free people from bondage and return all properties to their original owners. In other words chaos for some freedom for others.
