Is it possible to awaken with physical symptoms that are related to something you've experienced in a dream?

Earlier in the day, I had a rather bizarre dream in which I rode on horseback into an 1880's, Old West town. After I'd been there for awhile, some fruit cake of a woman began shooting at me with a bow and arrow, after persuading herself that I'd been seeing her ( and other women ) while married. Every chance she got, she would take a shot at me, aiming directly at the center of my chest. On at least two occasions, she took repeated pops at me from the third story of a building ( hotel or saloon ) as I milled around in a crowd. She kept missing, but did manage to hit the man next to me in the buttocks. I don't know, it was some kind of a street celebration, or a jubilee of some sort. All I remember is that I kept running and taking cover to avoid being hit. In the end, I don't believe she ever hit me, but, as I said before, she did strike other people. Still, oddly enough, she was completely ignored, not only by other citizens, but also by law enforcement. And if what I've just described isn't weird enough, there were 1980's cars on the streets. I kept asking other people why there were 1980's cars on the streets when this was the 1882, but predictably enough, never got an answer. Anyway, upon awakening and getting out of bed, I noticed there was a soreness in my chest whenever I moved a certain way, or took a deep breath. It's still there, but has abated considerably in the hours since. Now, the soreness in my chest, do you suppose that could've somehow been tied to the fact that this dingbat was trying to put an arrow through my heart ?!!! Wow ! You don't suppose I was actually there, do ya ?!!! Sheesh, I hope none of you will think I've ' lost it ' after reading about this strange episode I went through while I was innocently trying to get some sleep. Oh, and please forgive me for rambling, OK ?
