How could I get accepted into Juilliard?

I'm a 10th Grader going to Dunbar High School in Fort Worth, Texas. I have no other experience except for me being in the band at my school & the Theatre Arts program. I also plan on next year performing at the Jubilee. I'm also an Honors Student & take many college level classes. Juilliard is my DREAM school & I want to major in Drama/Theatre Arts & Music. I wanted to know how I can get in? Do I need more exposure? How could I get a scholarship? If I do go there, will my college level courses count? I Need Answers!!
