Anyone know name of old x-men movie?

There is an old X-men movie i remember watching years ago long before the popular ones were even a thought. It started off like the animated series with jubilee in the arcade and one of the giant robots attacking it and she finds out she can shoot "Fireworks" from her hands. There was also a character named Skin, does anybody know the name of this X-men movie.
