Any Ideas for A2 art topics?

I need an art topic for my next art project and it can be literally, anything. I start in September but want to get a head start in my research. I'm interested in artists such as Mark Ryden, Yoshitomo Nara, Pierre et Gilles, Lori Earley and Tim Burton. Themes I have thought of my self would be Fear or Childhood, but I dont really know how to expand on these. Any ideas would be really helpfull, thank you :D
